Why don’t race projections match my watch?

Watches use GPS smoothing and personal models. This calculator is pure math: distance ÷ time. Hills and stops still count in average pace.

Can I use miles?

Enter distance in kilometres for now (1 mile ≈ 1.609 km). Pace is also shown as min/mile automatically.

How do I calculate running pace?

What is a good 5K pace?
